Challenge:

For a sports promotion association the need was to automate the payment of membership cards and registrations for events also following the demonstration of personal documents and the necessary medical documentation.

Before our arrival, the Adrenalina staff had to periodically evaluate all the documentation that arrived via Google forms and ensure that the member had sent everything correctly.

Solution:

We delivered solution to automate the payment at the moment of receipt of the documentation by the member, which is checked through a series of rules indicated by the staff themselves.

The same applied to the reception of registrations for events for which prior verification of the membership was necessary.

Following payment, which also includes a check of the tax code of the person registering, an automatic compilation of tax receipts is also carried out.

Automatic updating of all material including scanning of documentation which is stored in an easy to consult database especially for image files.

Results:

Automation has allowed our customers to go from 30 hours to a total of 30/40 minutes for verifying payments and documentation.
